Food supplement based on water-soluble Coenzyme Q10. Coenzyme Q10 is a fat-soluble molecule with an antioxidant power synthesized by the body and partially integrable with food. The main food sources of Q10 are fatty fish (salmon, mackerel and tuna), liver and whole grains. Sardines, spinach, wheat buds and vegetable oils are also rich.
