The original Torcetti with butter from Lanzo, a drop shaped pastry biscuit covered with glazed sugar entirely handmade. A product of the Piedmontese tradition, prepared with the best raw materials available on the market in order to give a biscuit of superior quality.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour “00", butter, sugar, malt extract (barley, corn), brewer's yeast, salt.

MELIGA PASTE - 1 bag of 200 gr
Typical Piedmont biscuit with the particularity of meliga, raw ground corn flour, this characteristic makes it unique when tasted, thus tasting the flavors of tradition.
Ingredients: Soft wheat flour “00", corn flour, butter, margarine, eggs, sugar, raising agent (sodium pyrophosphate, ammonium bicarbonate).

The heart of the Mulin d'Barot & Egrave; hidden in the woods of Coassolo, in an ancient mill owned by the Barra family for many generations. Still intact are the mill, where walnuts were crushed to obtain oil, stone mills for the production of flour, all still preserved as it used to be. Giovanni Barra's passion, together with his wife and children, carried on the work of his parents and even before his grandparents and great-grandparents, following in the footsteps of an entrepreneurial history that started since 1855. Today, the focus of the activity is in the laboratory built in the mid-1960s, where all Mulin's products are handcrafted. ;
