Instant seaweed miso soup. Miso, being rich in free amino acids, complements the less rich proteins introduced in the diet and makes them more usable. Important is the large amount of enzymes that stimulate digestion, lactobacilli and yeasts present in this seasoning. Introduced into the body through Miso soup, they facilitate the digestion of proteins, fats and carbohydrates present in food and create a healthy intestinal bacterial flora. This leads to a better assimilation of foods and greater intestinal defenses.

Ingredients: freeze-dried miso (Soya, rice, sea salt, koji (Aspergillus oryzae)) (89%), dried green onions, Wakame seaweed (4%).
How to use: Pour the contents of a sachet into a cup, add 200/250 ml of boiling water and mix.
