Himalayan salt is a fossil salt formed more than 250 million years ago in the Himalayan region and is the result of the drying up of primordial and uncontaminated seas. The perfect crystal structure derives from the very strong pressures generated by the Himalayan mountains. Even today, this pure salt is extracted manually from ancient salt galleries in Pakistan to bring this ancient seasoning to our tables. The delicacy of Himalayan salt enhances the flavors of the dishes. You can use it for slow cooking, grilled and baked meat preparations, to flavor fish dishes or to season raw, cooked vegetables and salads.

Ingredients: 100% pure Himalayan salt
How to use: it has various uses for both food and curative use. Crystal salt is normally used to prepare the starting hydrosaline solution, which is obtained by placing crystals or coarse salt in a glass container and covering them with pure water, stirring every now and then. After about 2 hours, the solution is ready and is saturated (at 26%). Traditionally it is used in the following ways: - washes and rinses: 1% solution for washing the nasal cavities or as a mouthwash or for gargling, in case of inflammation of the mucous membranes of the mouth or throat - oral treatment: 1 teaspoon of the base solution in 200 ml of pure water.
