Light beer but with a unique taste thanks to sea water, rosemary and ginger Simpatica seems to be made especially for this typical dish of the coast Romagna.
The salinity and acidity of both marinated fish and beer blend each other, pushing and enhancing the respective flavors to a higher level.
Unique experience, a must try!
Ingredients: water, barley malt, wheat malt, sea water, hops, ginger, rosemary and yeast.
Alcohol content: 3.8% Vol.

Crocus is a Belgian Ale with a golden color conferred by yellow gold, Saffron!
Delicate beer with surprising drinkability, the aroma of Saffron is felt on the nose and aftertaste. The drink is pleasant, balanced and harmonious also thanks to the infusion of pepper that gives a long and delicate finish that envelops and fills the mouth.
What made us most difficult in making this beer was the choice of the amount of pistils to use to better balance the taste of saffron and thus make the beer pleasant in addition to the first glass, the sentence is yours.
Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, saffron, pink pepper and yeast.
Alcohol content: 5.9% Vol.
IBU: 22
Notes: unfiltered, unpasteurized, flavored with saffron and pink pepper.
DARK SIDE - 2 bottles of 50 Cl
Dark Side is a Black IPA, a complex and interesting beer with a medium/high alcohol content (7% vol), produced with malts typical of stout beers and a extreme, almost exaggerated hopping both in bitter and in aroma.
The result is an intense black beer with a compact and persistent milky coffee foam. The pleasant hints of coffee and licorice conferred by the mix of malts blend with the resinous and herbaceous taste of hops, creating a beer that amazes with its freshness and drinkability, while the high degree of bitterness (IBU80) the taste is well balanced by the sweetness of malts.
It's a must-try beer!
