Dark Side is a Black IPA, a complex and interesting beer with a medium/high alcohol content (7% vol), produced with malts typical of stout beers and an extreme, almost exaggerated hopping both in bitter and in aroma.
The result is an intense black beer with a compact and persistent milky coffee foam. The pleasant hints of coffee and licorice conferred by the mix of malts blend with the resinous and herbaceous taste of hops, creating a beer that amazes with its freshness and drinkability, while the high degree of bitterness (IBU80) the taste is well balanced by the sweetness of malts.
It's a must-try beer!
