Crocus is a Belgian Ale with a golden color conferred by yellow gold, Saffron!
Delicate beer with surprising drinkability, the aroma of Saffron is felt on the nose and aftertaste. The drink is pleasant, balanced and harmonious also thanks to the infusion of pepper that gives a long and delicate finish that envelops and fills the mouth.
What made us most difficult in making this beer was the choice of the amount of pistils to use to better balance the taste of saffron and thus make the beer pleasant in addition to the first glass, the sentence is yours.
Packaging: 4 bottles of 50 Cl
Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, saffron, pink pepper and yeast.
Alcohol content: 5.9% Vol.
IBU: 22
Notes: unfiltered, unpasteurized, flavored with saffron and pink pepper.
