Tortuga, inspired by American Pale Ale, has an amber color with a fine, compact and persistent almost creamy foam. Thanks to the generous dry hop (cold hopping) that extracts only the essential oils of hops, Tortuga initially has a strongly citrus and exotic aroma which then, as the beer gets air and opens, evolves into resinous and herbaceous notes. The taste is full and round with a bitter, non-astringent, long and pleasant finish.
Thanks to its low alcohol content, its aromas and fresh taste, the temptation is to drink one after the other!

Ingredients: water, barley malt, hops, yeast.
Alcohol content: 5.3% Vol.

Notes: unfiltered, unpasteurized
