Babà ingredients: “0” wheat flour, eggs, vegetable oils and fats (sunflower, coconut), water, sugar, salt, natural yeast.
Wet ingredients: water, sugar, alcohol, glucose syrup, Rhum distillate, flavors.
It may contain traces of Milk, Sulphites, Soy and Nuts.
Shelf life: 15 months
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

BABÀ AL LIMONCELLO - 1 jar of 620 g
handmade babas soft and spongy, with a delicate flavor, immersed in the alcoholic bath with limoncello Lolli, which adds a citrus note and tasty to a typical dessert of the Neapolitan tradition. A revisited version of the baba, which recalls at every bite the aromas and scents of the Sorrento Peninsula.
Perfect as a dessert after lunch or after dinner, great to try even paired with ice cream!

Handmade Babà soaked in an alcoholic coffee bath. Already from the opening you will be pervaded by the good smell of coffee! With a soft and spongy texture, they are perfect to enrich the end of the meal with an excellent dessert, which will conquer even the most demanding palates. Also great to taste accompanied with vanilla ice cream.

Wet ingredients: water, sugar, alcohol, glucose syrup, flavors, coffee infusion (0.6%), dye: E150b.
