BAROLO DOCG “LO ZOCCOLAIO” - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
This Barolo is a blend of Nebbiolo grapes from our vineyards in the municipalities of Barolo, Monforte d'Alba and Verduno. The color is a beautiful garnet red with orange hues that intensify over time. Intense, complex, delicate and ethereal at the same time; warm, full and dry. Soft, enveloping taste with balanced acidity, with light tannins that offer a good persistence.
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Production area: Barolo, Monforte d'Alba and Verduno
Winemaking: The grapes, harvested in boxes, are pressed immediately after the harvest. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature for at least 15 days in a submerged cap. After alcoholic fermentation, racking takes place and conditions for malolactic fermentation are created in the cellar. The wine ages in French Barriques for 36 months and ages in bottle 6 months before being sold.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairing: It can be eaten with meat sauces, game, important roasts, braised meats, aged or blue cheeses.

“SUCULÈ” BARBERA D'ALBA DOC - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
This Barbera d'Alba comes from its own vineyards located in Barolo and Monforte d'Alba. After the harvest done strictly by hand as a tradition, only the best grapes are selected according to the harvest. Thanks to a long aging in barrique, this Barbera is of the highest quality and longevity. The special bottle, very heavy, recalls the bottles of the past and enhances their prestige.
Intense and brilliant red in color, with intense aromas of ripe red fruits and notes of vanilla. The taste is balanced, decisive and velvety.
Grapes: 100% Barbera
Production area: Barolo - Monforte
Wine making: The grapes, harvested in boxes, are pressed immediately after the harvest. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After racking, the ideal conditions for malolactic fermentation are created in the cellar. The wine ages in French Barriques for 18 months and ages in bottle 6 months before being sold. In all the steps nothing is overlooked; everything is done with respect for tradition but with the most modern methodologies and tools.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18°C
Pairing: It can be eaten with pasta and red meats and game. It goes very well with aged cheeses.

“RE NOIR” PIEDMONT PINOT NOIR DOC - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
This wine comes from our vineyards in Ravera located in the municipality of Novello. It is produced with pure Pinot Noir. After the harvest, made strictly by hand as is tradition, only the best grapes are selected according to the harvest. A lower yield and a longer aging make this wine of the highest quality.
Not too marked garnet red color, with elegant and balanced aromas. Harmonious and delicate taste, make this wine of great elegance and persistence.
Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Production area: Novello
Winemaking: The grapes, harvested in boxes, are pressed immediately after the harvest. This is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. After racking, the ideal conditions are created in the cellar for a perfect malolactic fermentation. The wine ages in used French barriques for 18 months and ages in bottle 6 months before being sold.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16-18° C
Pairing: Excellent with dishes of land cuisine and international cuisine.

Every stage of wine creation is followed with great passion and dedication. The grapes are lovingly cared for and respect for the rhythms of nature is the guideline of the approach used. The harvest is done by hand, without haste, selecting the best bunches to be expressed in the bottle. From the soft pressing of the grapes, to fermentation, to aging, up to the bottle, nothing is neglected, everything happens with respect of tradition but with the most modern methods and tools.
