Livio Felluga Rosé is a new way to represent the character of our terroir, which is captured at the first taste. Bright salmon pink in color, it has a captivating scent that ranges from floral to mineral. On a weave of ripe pineapple, percoca and papaya pulp, there are hints of Gallic rose, raspberry and light cinnamon, with savory hints of sea stone that make it pleasantly complex. Structured, velvety and enveloping taste with an acid kit that brings freshness and persistence. Currant aromas are felt in the final.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Grapes: Merlot - Pinot Noir
Vinification: The grapes are collected in crates to avoid the slightest mashing and gently destemmed. Subsequently, it is softly pressed and the must obtained is clarified by decantation. The must then ferments at a controlled temperature in stainless steel containers and for a part in terracotta containers.
Aging: The wine is kept on the lees in the fermentation vessels.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10° C
Pairings: To be enjoyed also as an aperitif, it goes perfectly with both iodized and spicy foods. It can accompany oysters, spaghetti with bottarga and sea urchins, chicken tikka masala, sea asparagus, or more simply fresh goat cheese.
