May-Lóag Irish Gin is produced in Ireland, more specifically in the area of Old Carrick Mill, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan.
The view is struck by a vibrant pink color, the bouquet of perfumes highlights the nose dry notes given by juniper and sweet notes given by pear and lavender. The taste is sweet and sour, balanced between the tart of cucumber and grapefruit and the sweetness of dragon fruit.
May-Lóag Irish Gin is an infusion of dragon fruit, lavender and cucumber. It comes from the 24-hour maceration of botanicals such as juniper, coriander, lemon, lime, angelica roots, cucumber, lavender, pear and grapefruit peel. This first phase is followed by another 72 hours of maceration with the addition of dragon fruit from Thailand for each individual batch, in order to best extract the color and aroma of this extraordinary exotic fruit.
Ideal in combination with a quality Tonic or an authentic Sicilian Lemonade, suitable for mixing with Prosecco and soda for a captivating Spritz.
