Old Carrick Mill Irish Gin is produced in Ireland, more specifically in the area of Old Carrick Mill, Carrickmacross, County Monaghan.
In the bouquet of perfumes, juniper stands out as the top note, preparing the sense of smell for citric notes perfectly in balance with the disruptive sweetness of the pear.

Old Carrick Mill Irish Gin is born from the balanced combination of 10 botanicals, kept in infusion with the inevitable juniper, lemon and cassia and a secret amount of pear, cucumber and black tea.
Ideal in combination with a quality tonic, to be enriched according to taste, with pear and blackberries to enhance botanicals. Suitable for blending, it goes well with Ginger Ale or grapefruit soda.
