Trento DOC with a unique elegance, obtained from the skilful cuvée of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir harvested by hand and with a stay on the lees for at least 24 months, for a pure, sincere product, the result of the best expression of an extraordinary terroir and of the man who sensed its character and potential. The color is bright straw yellow, soft and abundant foam, subtle and persistent perlage. On the smell it has a good and fine intensity, with light hints of apple and bread crust. The Zero Dosage processing allows you to maintain and enhance the delicate notes of fruit and in the mouth it is dry and decisive, with hints of pear and a good acidulous vein.
It goes well with shoulder ham, parmesan cheese and fish, shellfish, sushi and sashimi appetizers, but also in total combination for a summer lunch.

Vinification: Refermentation in bottle according to the Classic Method or Champenoise
Aging: 24 months on the lees

Letrari, una famiglia che ha radici nella storia stessa del vino trentino. Attivi già nel 1647 in quel di Borghetto d'Avio, in riva all'Adige, prima come zatterieri fluviali, poi commercianti e sagaci innovatori agricoli. Con Leonello Letrari subito sulla scena enoica del buon bere. Merito suo se nell'immediato Dopoguerra i vini delle Dolomiti acquistano carattere e prestigio oltre i confini regionali. È sempre lui che 'crea' i primi uvaggi e negli anni '60 inizia ad elaborare spumanti di pregio. Per poi fondare nel 1976 – assieme alla moglie Maria Vittoria - l'attuale azienda di famiglia. La medesima passione di Leonello oggi anima anche l'impegno della figlia Lucia (enologo come il padre), alla quale sono affidate le maggiori responsabilità dell'azienda. Plasmati dal particolare terroir e dal microclima della Vallagarina – un ambiente caratterizzato dall'Adige e influenzato dall'Ora del Garda, che crea qui uno speciale microclima di tipo mediterraneo – si producono 23 diversi tipi di vino di qualità con forte tipicità varietale.
