Thanks to 36 months of aging it is an eye-catching wine, with full taste and intense golden reflections, with a very fine effervescence and elegant fragrant notes of vanilla. Vines: Chardonnay cuvée (80%) and Pinot noir (20%) Ageing: in steel barrels for minimum 36 months on yeasts and minimum 3 months of post degorgement. Remuage: gyropallet Alcohol content: 12.5% vol. Storage: Blow, better in the dark, between i10 and 12 °C temperature and 60% humidity. Gastronomic pairings: accompanies excellent pasta courses and cheeses. Very fine and durable effervescence, complex and firm flavour, floral and honey scent make this Franciacorta DOCG a wine suitable for all meals, to be combined with fish and meat dishes. Grape varieties: Pinot noir cuvée (100%) Aging: in oak barriques/steel barrels for minimum 30 months on yeasts and minimum 3 months of post degorgement, without adding liqueur d'expedition. The nose has notes ranging from yeast to crust, while in the mouth it has a fresh and enveloping taste.
