“JUREK” BRUT MILLESIMATO SPARKLING WINE - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
It is bright straw color with light golden reflections and minute and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and fragrant, with floral sensations that bind in perfect harmony with the fine hints of yeast, brioche bread and melted butter. Fresh to the taste and pleasant softness, it stands out for its beautiful flavor, in a finish of great elegance and harmony.
Grapes: Ribona 100%
Vinification: the grapes, immediately after harvesting in boxes, are transported to the cellar and sent to the press in whole bunches.
Fermentation: the “heart” of the must, obtained by the soft and progressive pressing of the grapes, carries out alcoholic fermentation in steel fermentation at a temperature of 12-13° C. fermentation”, the wine ages on its lees for a period of 4 years.
Aging: 12 months.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Oysters and raw in general, including sushi and sashimi. Cooked shellfish.

“ORBESALLIA” DOC ROSSO PICENO 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Deep ruby color expresses a beautiful consistency. The fine hints of black cherry, plum and wild berries jams are clear on the nose, with notes of cinnamon and vanilla. Warm and soft to the taste, with balanced freshness, soft tannins and strong flavor. Balanced, intense and persistent in a very harmonious finish.
Grapes: 50% Sangiovese - 50% Montepulciano
Vinification: Pre-fermentative cryomaceration for 5 hours at 10°C, then alcoholic fermentation with maceration of the skins for 20 days.
Fermentation: in steel and partially in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels (steel/wood cut customized by the winemaker).
Malolactic fermentation: 50% in stainless steel, 50% in barriques
Aging: 6 months in steel and then in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 16°C
Pairings: Cold cuts, fried and roasted white meats.

“SOLAGNA” IGT MARCHE PASSERINA 2020 - 1 0.75 lt bottle
Bright, pale and fairly consistent straw color, it is expressed on the nose with delicate aromas of ripe pulp fruit white and floral notes of jasmine and elderberry. Dry to the taste but pleasantly soft, it has lively freshness and good flavor with slightly bitter endings. Good body structure, balance and intensity with perceptible persistence and beautiful finesse that closes in harmony.
Grape varieties: Passerina 100%
Vinification: in white in a reduced environment.
Fermentation: crushing and destemming and cooling the crushed grapes against the current at 8-10° C with Carbon Dioxide, followed by cryomaceration in the press for at least 3 hours before soft pressing, reduction of crushed with a nitrogen system; use of the first 55 l of must per 100 kg of grapes; cold static decantation and thermocontrolled fermentation at 13° C
Malolactic fermentation: not carried out
Aging: 6 months
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10°C
Pairings: Appetizers and seafood first courses, fresh cheeses

Muròla is a Family Company established on about 500 hectares in the Macerata hinterland (Marche) ). The family produces wines from ancient local varieties and cultivates exclusive clones found on the property. The link to the territory, its history and its traditions is a fundamental part of the project and it is an indispensable point for us to care for the individual expression of wines.
