“GIULIA MORICHELLI D'ALTEMPS” IGT MARCHE BIANCO 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The highest expression of Ribona. A winking color of young gold. Mineral cues from light, vaguely ethereal rocks rest elegantly on a delicately aromatic base. Complex, enriched by a subtle hint of mango peel, white nectarine peach and accidulous arbum flavors. In the refinement, delicate spices and lemon balm emerge. On the palate it confirms the balance of aromas.
Grapes: Maceratino Ribona
Winemaking: Manual harvesting of the bunches in small 10 kg boxes, pressing the whole bunches with the stalks in an inert atmosphere.
Fermentation: partially in stainless steel and casks, barriques and tonneau
Aging: 14 months in casks, barriques and tonneau, 12 months of rest in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10°C
Pairings: Fish, first courses rich in land and sea.

“JUREK” BRUT MILLESIMATO SPARKLING WINE - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
It is bright straw color with light golden reflections and minute and persistent perlage. The nose is intense and fragrant, with floral sensations that bind in perfect harmony with the fine hints of yeast, brioche bread and melted butter. Fresh to the taste and pleasant softness, it stands out for its beautiful flavor, in a finish of great elegance and harmony.
Grapes: Ribona 100%
Vinification: the grapes, immediately after harvesting in boxes, are transported to the cellar and sent to the press in whole bunches.
Fermentation: the “heart” of the must, obtained by the soft and progressive pressing of the grapes, carries out alcoholic fermentation in steel fermentation at a temperature of 12-13° C. fermentation”, the wine ages on its lees for a period of 4 years.
Aging: 12 months.
Alcohol content: 12.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 8-10°C
Pairings: Oysters and raw in general, including sushi and sashimi. Cooked shellfish.

“ANTEK” IGT MARCHE SANGIOVESE 2016 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt. Pure ruby
color and brilliant scent of fresh red fruits, from the woods the ripe strawberry tree. At times aromatic hints that recall eucalyptus. Slowly emerges the patronage of tertiary scents, hints of leather, delicate vanilla and nutmeg. The perfect balance of taste sensations gives rise to a persistent and harmonious sweetness, without ever losing the exciting acidity of Sangiovese.
Grapes: 100% Sangiovese
Vinification: manual in small 10 kg boxes
Aging: 20 months in steel, 18 months in 30 hl Slavonian oak barrels, minimum 12 months of rest in the bottle.
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.

Pairings: Meat both grilled and in more elaborate preparations.

“BRUNFORTE” IGT MARCHE ROSSO 2015 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Ruby red, velvety. The eye is pleasing with a dense and at the same time lively chromaticity. Let the very large bouquet open. On the nose, damp earth, fluid wild honey from a mixture of Sibyl meadow. Rosemary, sometimes sage and sometimes oregano. Freshly cut light leather. Classic red fruits such as ripe California plum, blackberries and Vignola cherry.

Fermentation: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. Malolactic fermentation: Completely carried out

Muròla is a Family Company established on about 500 hectares in the Macerata hinterland (Marche) ). The land has been owned for about 300 years and previously belonged to the historic Abbey of Fiastra. The family produces wines from ancient local varieties and cultivates exclusive clones found on the property. The link to the territory, its history and its traditions is a fundamental part of the project and it is an indispensable point for us to care for the individual expression of wines.
