Character. Among the Franciacorta of Ca 'del Bosco it is the one that best manages to express the character of the territory and the peculiarities that celebrate each vintage. The trend of climate phenomena always writes unpredictable stories. And in the end is the product of love between man and the earth. Since 1978, Brut Millesimato was born only in quality harvests. The result of careful vinification, but above all of a long aging that enhance its characteristics: four years of stay in contact with yeasts. An unmistakable Franciacorta, structured, full, intense and persistent. A wine for important occasions, special with haute cuisine fish dishes.

Grapes: Chardonnay 55%, Pinot Blanc 15%, Pinot Noir 30%
Winemaking: The Franciacorta Vintage Collection are the result of a careful selection of grapes and a skilful vinification carried out in full compliance with the Ca 'del Bosco Method. The grapes, freshly harvested by hand in small boxes, are classified and cooled. Each bunch is selected by expert eyes and hands, and then benefit from exclusive “spas of the berries”. A particular system for washing and hydromassage of the bunches, through three soaking tanks and a drying tunnel. After pressing in the absence of oxygen, all the musts of the base wines ferment in small oak barrels. To seek maximum aromatic complexity and expressive power, without losing elegance, the barrel elevage lasts only 5 months. A pair of flying tanks allows the decanting of wines by gravity, from small barrels to aging tanks. Seven months after the harvest, the cuvée is created. The Brut 2016 Vintage Collection is the result of a skilful union of 26 base wines of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc and Pinot Noir that give the finished product a particular, rich and complex profile. The greater percentage of Pinot Noir gives it power and nobility, further strengthened by a long aging in the bottle. The dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen, using a unique system in the world, designed and patented by Ca 'del Bosco. This avoids oxidative shocks and further sulphite additions, making our Franciacorta purer, more pleasant and longer lasting. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked, to ensure its traceability.
