Perfection is combined with the delicacy of balanced nuances in a Franciacorta rosé, made from only Pinot Noir grapes, the result of the art of knowing how to recognize that ephemeral moment in which to separate the must from grapes in maceration. A moment to be captured to obtain the particular intense pink color and seven years of patient aging for an aromatic scent of extreme finesse. A supreme gustatory balance, a unique shade of pink, a very fine perlage, Cuvée Annamaria Clementi Rosé is a rare example of harmony and excellence, dedicated to the founder of Ca 'del Bosco.

Grapes: 100% Pinot Noir
Winemaking: Annamaria Clementi Rosé is the maximum expression of pure Pinot Noir vinified in pink, in Ca 'del Bosco style. It comes from the art of knowing how to assemble base wines from 3 historic vineyards and obtained with a short maceration of the grapes at a temperature of 14° C. intense pink and that aromatic profile of extreme finesse and harmony that will characterize the Annamaria Clementi Rosé in the bottle. All the vinification phases of the different base wines take place in small oak barrels, obtained from selected woods aged for at least 3 years, kept in deep cellars. Alcoholic fermentation, malolactic fermentation and aging in cask last a total of 8 months. Annamaria Clementi Rosé was born from the selection of the best barrels. It is tapped by fall and a pair of flying tanks transfers it by gravity, from the barrels to the assembly tank. It takes at least a further 8 years of aging on the lees to achieve that olfactory harmony and that excellent gustatory balance that make Annamaria Clementi Rosé a supreme Franciacorta. The dégorgement takes place in the absence of oxygen, using a unique system in the world, designed and patented by Ca 'del Bosco. This avoids oxidative shocks and further sulphite additions, making our Franciacorta purer, more pleasant and longer lasting. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked, to ensure its traceability.
