Space. Infinite and infinitesimal, visible and invisible, it is in the whole. In the pupils that are lost on the horizon and remain while watching the sun rise to the east or the sunset to the west, which marks the end of a day dedicated to the vineyard. Love for nature and devotion to the earth are strong and tangible concepts of perceiving space, as a form of maximum poetic and artistic expression of nature. It envelops and protects the terroir, the vineyard, the winemaker and every living being. And it is here, in the Valley of the Wolf, that this animal is the master of its space and has the power to bring fruitfulness, abundance and to protect the territory. It is here, in this place, that Corte del Lupo Bianco was born, the wine that from the immensity of the earth is refined in the spaces of small oak barrels.

Grapes: Chardonnay 80%, Pinot Blanc 20%
Vinification: The “Corte del Lupo Bianco” is obtained from grapes from 13 vineyards which, by exposure, clones and ages guarantee the breadth and integrity potential of a Ca' del Bosco style white wine. A perfect combination: the fragrance of the Chardonnay fruit and the elegance of Pinot Blanc. In compliance with the Ca 'del Bosco Method, the grapes, harvested by hand in small boxes, are promptly coded and cooled in cold rooms. Each cluster is selected by expert eyes and hands, and then benefit from our exclusive “cluster spa”. A particular washing and hydromassage system for the bunches, through three soaking tanks and a system for complete drying. Only the best first fraction must gives rise to this wine, vinified for about 1/4 in small oak barrels used the year before for Chardonnay. The remaining share is vinified in steel vats. The two fractions, after 8 months of aging on their lees, without malolactic fermentation, are assembled; then the wine is bottled by gravity, in a natural way. Thanks to innovative “long cannula” taps, the wine rises from the bottom of the bottle without laminating, without shaking and does not suffer any oxidative shock. No addition of sulphites at this stage, as a guarantee of integrity and healthiness. Finally, each packaged bottle is uniquely marked, to ensure its traceability.
