MAGNETIC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
The Bolgheri Rosso Magnecic, made only from Cabernet Frane grapes from the oldest parcel grown in our historic vineyard on the Via Bolgherese, represents our modern interpretation of the history of wine, Magnetic is aged in a cocciopesto container and represents the varietal character, purity and essence of this vine that finds in the territory of Bolgheri one of its greatest expressions and, in this interpretation of ours, our will to go and reinterpret the past by looking at the present.
Ruby red in color tending to garnet, spicy bouquet with hints of citrus fruits and notes reminiscent of the woods and Mediterranean scrub. The taste is fresh with a tasty, fine and persistent tannin. The refinement in cocciopesto gives the wine a unique tone in which the fruit is perfectly integrated with the typical notes of Mediterranean scrub.
Grapes: 100% Cabernet Franc
Vinification: The grapes harvested manually were vinified in small containers with a fermentation conducted by the yeasts naturally present on the grapes with a contact on the skins of 18 days.
Aging: 12 months in cocciopesto amphora
Alcohol content: 14.5% Vol.
Serving temperature: 14-16°C
Pairings: ideal wine to accompany traditional dishes, cheeses, cold cuts and meat dishes.
LADY F 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Ladi F is a white wine made from pure Orpicchio grapes, with a pale straw yellow color, delicate, fresh, with a savory and salty acid vein that makes it very typical.
Grapes: 100% Orpicchio
Vinification: the grapes harvested manually are softly destemmed and then cooled to 8-10° C, leaving the must in contact with the skins for 4 hours, followed by a soft pressing and cleaning of the must, which is fermented half in barriques and half in steel at
a temperature of 16°C.
Smell: the nose is fruity, delicate, with sweet notes of peach, citrus and white flowers.
Taste: delicate, fresh, with a savory and salty acid vein.
Gradation: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C
BOLGHERI DOC 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 A
wine of great freshness and great harmony. It is a classic elegant red with a gustatory spectrum in which sweet and silky tannins accompany a very pleasant taste finish.
Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon - 30% Merlot - 10% Cabernet Franc - 10% Petit Verdot
Vinification: The manually harvested grapes are softly de-stemmed and then fermented using only the yeasts naturally present on the grapes, the contact with the skins is about 15 days.
Colour: intense ruby red.
Smell: the nose is very fruity with notes of cherry, black currant and spicy hints in the background.
Gradation: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 15-16°C
