Ladi F is a white wine made from pure Orpicchio grapes, with a pale straw yellow color, delicate, fresh, with a savory and saline acid vein that makes it very typical.
Grapes: 100% Orpicchio
Vinification: the grapes harvested manually are softly destemmed and then cooled to 8-10° C leaving the must in contact with the skins for 4 hours, followed by a soft pressing and cleaning of the must that is fermented half in barriques and half in steel at a temperature of 16° C.
Colour: pale straw yellow.
Smell: the nose is fruity, delicate, with sweet notes of peach, citrus and white flowers.
Taste: delicate, fresh, with a savory and saline acidic vein.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12° C

Wine of great freshness and great harmony. It is a classic elegant red with a gustatory spectrum in which sweet and silky tannins accompany a very pleasant finish.
Grapes: 50% Cabernet Sauvignon - 30% Merlot - 10% Cabernet Franc - 10% Petit Verdot
Vinification: The grapes harvested manually are softly destemmed and then fermented using only the yeasts naturally present on the grapes, the contact with the skins is about 15 days.
Colour: intense ruby red.
Smell: the nose is very fruity with notes of cherry, currant and spicy background hints.
Gradation: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 15-16°C
