Cinabrio is inspired by the red color, produced by the ancient Mayans using the cinnabar mineral stone. Red is the color of Kinich Ahau, god of the sun. Legend has it that the sleeper woman intercede in favor of the people of Cihuatán so that the deity sent her two hummingbirds, carriers of energy. The iguana, stylized on the label, is another well-known inhabitant of the valley, which can also be met near the distillery, especially on very hot days.
Plum, pistachio, toasted wood, fresh sugar cane juice, caramelized orange peel, ripe carambola (starfruit).

Package: 1 bottle of 70 cl
