The name Indigo is inspired by the indigo blue color, which was produced by the ancient Mayans using the flower 'añil'. Blue is the symbolic color of El Salvador and is also the color with which the god Tlaloc, bearer of rain, is represented. According to beliefs, the intercession of the sleeper woman would have brought fertility in the Cihuatán Valley.
Indigo has aromas of sweet vanilla; after a few minutes rest in the glass there are scents of mou candy, cappuccino, bitter chocolate, hazelnut and lemongrass. In the final, vanilla and mineral notes mix with the tannins of toasted wood creating a pleasant and complex whole, which is usually found only in the older rums.

Package: 1 bottle of 70 cl
Alcohol content: 40% Vol.
