“Barbados” is a blend of old rums made from molasses, both from column distillation and pot still, all produced in the Foursquare distillery. The minimum aging for 8 years took place on the island of Barbados, in ex-bourbon barrels.
Amber in color, the nose is complex, spicy are perceived notes of vanilla, caramel, cinnamon and smoked oak. In the mouth aromas of caramel, vanilla, dried apples and apricots, as well as notes of banana and smoked oak. Long and dry finish.
