1731 Mauritius 7 Year Old is a Rum of unique origin that merges in itself a range of distilled rums with a continuous column method. This rum is aged for a minimum of 7 years in former Cognac barrels.
Of a beautiful amber color, the nose is strong and fresh with notes of candy Toffee and white flowers. In the mouth it is powerful and balanced, with aromas of sweet and slightly woody spices. Elegant with a long dry finish.
