“Central America” is a blend of molasses rum from Guatemala (Darsa), Panama (Varela Hermanos) and Belize (Travellers), all from distillation to column and aged respectively by 4, 2 and 6 years in ex-bourbon barrels.
This blend combines rums of various vintages for a unique character.
Amber in color, the nose offers notes of orange peel, peaches, apricots and licorice. In the mouth sweet aromas of fruit, spices, almonds and vanilla. Medium to long sweet and round finish.
