um from molasses produced in Guatemala by the Darsa distillery, aged in ex-bourbon barrels. Very pleasant sweetness surrounded by aromas of cinnamon, molasses and tropical fruit. The spicy part is accompanied by a fresh note of coriander seeds.

The ORIGINS name recalls the geographical origin of the product, sometimes difficult to identify when it comes to Caribbean Rum and beyond. The labels show the indications of the country of origin, of the distillery, the year of distillation, the number of casks, the year of bottling. Each Rum of the ORIGINI line is unrepeatable, produced in very limited quantities (the number of bottles produced by each barrel is almost never more than 300), quantity agrave; which varies considerably depending on the type of barrel but above all from the evaporation/transpiration of the wood that occurs during the aging period, a factor that causes a decrease in the alcohol content and a general loss of quantity in the liquid contained inside the barrel itself.
