A Cognac Grande Champagne distilled in 2010 and bottled in 2017, unassembled, cuvée limited to 1,500 bottles individually numbered.
It is a young cognac, distilled from Ugni Blanc grape wine cleaned from fine lees. The nose offers' autumn 'tasting notes, with hints of prunes and chocolate. On the palate enchanting scents of vanilla wood, with excellent persistence.

On September 11, 1897, an ancestor of the current owner Patrick Drouet, deserved a diploma from the “Grand Prix d'Eau de Vie” at the Brussels International Exhibition. Since then, four generations have followed one another, and the Drouet company has expanded to the size of 39 hectares of vineyard, with its own distillery and aging cellar.
