Memòries del Priorat is a tribute to the traditions of the Priorat, with its long history of sweet wines and 'rancio' wines.
A powerful wine, which inspires calm, meditation and emotions, with complex honeyed, salty and smoked notes. It is ideally combined with pastry, in particular with the one with chocolate and hazelnuts.

Grape varieties: Garnacha Blanca
Vinification: The sweet part comes from Garnacha Blanca grapes exposed to the sun. When the berries are partially dehydrated, a gentle pressing is made; fermentation begins and then stops by itself. The resulting sweet white wine is added “rancio” by a solera cask of 1927 of the same type.
Notes: It was once used for peasant families to keep an old cask of precious' frog 'in the cellar and to deliver a part taken from the' solera 'to a son when he left the paternal home. In this way, tradition would continue in a new home; each generation would pass a piece of history, legacy of flavors and family memories to the next. Hence the wine 'Memòries', which represents a close relationship with ancestral practices, a tribute to the tastes and secular efforts of the families who have inhabited these lands.

Costers del Priorat cultivates vineyards in three different locations ;: Sant Martì, Mas Alsera and Les Solanes, which are located in the villages of Bellmunt del Priorat, Torroja del Priorat and El Molar respectively. In the Finca Sant Martì, the vineyards are cultivated at a considerable slope and range from 300 to 375 meters above sea level. Mas Alsera is surrounded by olive and almond trees, and an impressive amphitheater of vineyards and holm oaks, protected by cold northern winds from the nearby Montsant mountain, The vineyards are located at an altitude of between 240 and 350 meters above sea level. The oldest plants date back to 1939. Les Solanes is located at the southern edge of the DOQ Priorat. The terraced vineyards are the ones most exposed to the sun in an ideal context to produce high quality grapes. The vineyards are between 10 and 60 years old.
