The Valpolicella Classico Superiore by Villa Della Torre is distinguished by a particular intensity and aromatic richness. The aging in wood gives the wine a complex and deep profile. In the glass it has an average deep ruby red color. The bouquet expresses aromas of raspberry, small berries, nuances of vanilla and spices. On the palate it has a good structure with a thin tannic texture, well integrated and a fresh and persistent finish. Harmonious and balanced, it has a pleasantly soft and fresh drink, capable of making it very versatile in combinations with food. Pleasant in its youthful version, it will take on further pleasantness with aging in the bottle.

Serving temperature: It is recommended to serve at a temperature of 16/18 °C in large glasses of red wine.
Pairings: This wine pleasantly goes well with important meat dishes both white and red, in particular to the traditional ones of Verona cuisine; a cuisine that greatly enhances, according to Home women's recipes, poultry animals, on all chicken, turkey, rabbit, guinea fowl and duck. The pairings with the extraordinary cheeses of the Veronese mountains of Lessinia and the cold cuts long seasoned by the peasants of the area are particularly suitable.

The wine project of Villa Della Torre is founded on the enhancement of two territories of strong identity and great wine vocation: Valpolicella Classica and Lugana. An agronomic and oenological team, young, close-knit and eager to walk on the “sustainable” roads of biodiversity, works and supervises both territories.
