Intense golden yellow color. On the nose obvious soft sensations of wilted apricot, figs, honey, candied fruit and small white flowers. In the mouth you can feel the silkiness and softness typical of the vine, enriched by an acidic and mineral shoulder. Good balance of sugar, acidity, alcohol. The finish is long, warm, and reminds of candied citrus fruits, cinnamon, white flesh fruit.

Grape varieties: Moscato bianco
Fermentation: after a soft pressing, the unimpidite must ferments at low temperature for a few weeks in stainless steel tanks at a low temperature in 16-18°C to promote the extraction of the complex aromatic charge from the vine.
Maturation: 5 months of stay on its lees with repeated batonnage to put the fine lees back into suspension.
Alcohol content: 14% Vol.
Serving temperature: 10-12°C
Pairings: It is a young, fresh sweet wine, excellent to accompany slightly spicy, browned cheeses and almond paste and walnut pastries.

An oenological journey inspired by the desire to explore the great potential of the production of noble wines for which the best cultivation techniques and winemaking. Low yields per hectare, manual harvest, strict cluster controls characterize the work in the vineyard which is followed by the attention placed in the cellar to the subsequent phases of pressing, fermentation and aging during which, for each wine, rules and times governed by modern technologies and ancient wisdom are followed.
