“PIODILEI” CHARDONNAY LANGHE DOC 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Spicy, creamy, intense, persistent, ripe, still fresh, unobtrusive wood. Long life. Produced in small quantities every year.

of 0.75 lt Grapes: 100% Chardonnay Vineyards: From the vineyards owned by our family to the Cascina Il Bricco in Treiso, in the Barbaresco area, and to Colombaro in Serralunga d'Oro Sunrise in the Barolo area, which from the 2019 harvest will be replaced with the Mosconi Vineyard, in Monforte d'Alba, always in the Barolo area. Since 1985 it represents the desire of our family to produce a white wine of body, complexity and longevity like the great red wines of our terroirs.
Vinification and Aging: The Chardonnay is harvested in boxes, softly pressed and briefly cold decanted. Ferments and stays for 10 months on the lees in new wood barriques for only 1/3. Then stay in the bottle.
NEBBIOLO LANGHE DOC 2019 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Our Nebbiolo is embellished with a small addition of Nebbiolo grapes from the Barolo and Barbaresco areas that donate body, structure and longevity. Intense and ripe fruit, but still fresh, soft and almost sweet tannins give pleasure and fragrance. Long life.
Grapes: 100% Nebbiolo
Vineyards: From a selection of the vineyards owned by our family in La Morra and Serralunga in the Barolo area, to San Rocco Seno D'Elvio in the Barbaresco area, Sinio and Diano of Alba.
Vinification: In steel. Maceration on the skins for about 20 days.
Aging: In French and Slavonian oak barrels for about 24 months and in barriques for a small part.
DOLCETTO D'ALBA DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Fresh, fruity, fragrant, with good body and structure, spicy, ripe fruit and good roundness. Good aging ability. Serve fresh from the cellar.
Grapes: Dolcetto 100%
Vineyards: From the vineyards owned by our family to Treiso (Il Bricco) in the Barbaresco area and in Sinio (Val di Croce and Bricco dello Stornello).
Vinification: In steel at controlled temperatures. Short maceration on the skins.
Aging: In steel until bottling in March following the harvest.
