Domorum is a wine brandy drink aged at least 5 years, obtained by infusing the best aromatic Criollo cocoa in alcohol and brandy. Absolutely try it with cocoa beans.

Criollo is a rare and fragile variety of cocoa and represents only 0.001% of the cocoa produced in the world. The quality of this cocoa is unmatched as it is free of tannins, which give harshness and astringency to the product. In fact, Criollo boasts a creaminess, roundness and sweetness that are unique in the world. Domori has recovered this precious variety of cocoa which risked extinction by creating the largest plantation in the world in Venezuela.
