Tassinaia Castello del Terriccio è un vino rosso dal colore rosso rubino intenso. L’analisi olfattiva porta in risalto sentori di frutti di bosco finemente accostati a note speziate. In bocca è pieno e avvolgente, i tannini setosi lo rendono morbido e lungo nel finale. Affina in barriques per 14 mesi.
Packaging: 1 bottle of 0.75 lt with wooden case Denomination: Rosso di Toscana IGT Grapes: 50% Merlot, 50% Cabernet Sauvignon Region: Tuscany Production Area: Province of Pisa, Castellina Marittima Altitude: 100 meters above sea level Harvest: the grapes are harvested from the second week of September for Merlot and from the fourth for Cabernet Sauvignon. Wine making: fermentation takes place for a week with two or three weeks of maceration. Aging: Maturation takes place in Allier barriques for about 14 months Alcohol content: 14.0% vol. Serving Temperature: 18-20° C
