Taittinger 1 bottle 750 ml - Les Folies De la Marquetterie in box

Each parcel is vinified in small volumes and aged in oak barrels. The bottles are aged for five years to bring this wine to complete harmony.

Grapes: Chardonnay (45%) - Pinot Noir (55%). Blend made exclusively from grapes from the Folies vineyard, which overlooks the Château de la Marquetterie (Epernay area), the birthplace of the Taittinger family champagne. Colour: intense yellow with golden reflections. Perlage: fine and delicate. Bouquet: Intense and fruity, it leads to the aromas of peaches and apricots with subtle notes of brioche and vanilla. Flavor: Les Folies de la Marquetterie is a champagne full of aroma and harmonious characterized by an immense richness and complexity. Pairings: This structured and powerful “terroir” wine pays homage to the 18th century and is the ideal accompaniment to robust dishes such as roasted meats and fish in sauce.
