Through the “dry hopping” (cold hopping) and second fermentation in the bottle, we tried to enhance the fruity taste and perfume.
In the Lie there is the desire to propose red beer by reducing the alcohol content by slightly altering its “classic” taste to enhance its taste (passion fruit, honey,...) and perfume (red fruits, ...).
