Ambrata artigianale, leggermente amara e di buona beva, con sentori di tabacco e liquirizia. Si abbina perfettamente a piatti forti e con la carne rossa e alla brace. Lo stile Ale, tipicamente inglese, viene impreziosito da una selezione di pochi luppoli nobili irlandesi che vengono gestiti anche con la tecnica del dry-hopping.
Confezione: 6 bottiglie da 50 cl. Gradazione alcolica: 6% Vol.Lavorazione: lavorata in alta fermentazione. Temperatura di servizio: servire entro 8° per farne risaltare profumi e aroma. Zona di produzione: le colline di Verona, nell’area tra la Valpolicella e la Lessinia, conosciuta per le eccellenze in ambito enogastronomico e per il vasto patrimonio artistico, culturale e naturalistico.
