Corinzia, la rossa di Paestum, birra in stile Scotch Ale, di colore ambrato carico con riflessi rubino, schiuma densa e persistente. Sicuramente una birra robusta, con un buon corpo, la gradazione è di circa 6 gradi.Protagonista principale è senza dubbio il malto che dona a questa birra un importante profumo tostato, di caramello e a tratti di cacao. La leggera luppolatura infine le conferisce sul finale un delicato sentore di liquirizia.Birra da abbinare sicuramente a piatti più strutturati di carne e verdure ma che tuttavia si riesce anche ad abbinare per i più audaci anche con ostriche crude e frutti di mare.
