White wine obtained from “Catarratto” grapes coming from the heights of central Sicily, rich in freshness and intense and delicate aromas.
Packaging: 3 bottles 0,75 lt Type: White Wine D.O.C Sicilia. Grape variety: Catarratto 100% Colour: Straw white with greenish reflections. Smell: Typical varietal with a particular note of white peach. Taste: Delicate, very fresh and sour, aftertaste with slightly bitter notes, typical of Catarratto. Vineyards: Centro Sicilia, c.da Cusatino agro di Caltanissetta at 620 mt (a.s.l.) in free-clay soils of limestone nature. Time and method of harvesting: Second ten days of September, strictly by hand. Production per ha: 120 q.li. Vinification: In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature at 14° C. Malolactic fermentation: Not carried out. Storage: In steel tanks at controlled temperature 15° C. Conservation Bottled wine: 16° C. Alcohol content: 12,0% vol. Serving temperature: 10° C. Pairing: Appetizers, fish and generally on delicate foods.
