L’aceto balsamico Tradizionale di Modena DOP. È ottenuto da uve di Modena selezionate che sono trasformate in mosto cotto che acetifica lentamente in botti di legno pregiate. Il nostro Capsula bordeaux ha una consistenza densa e profonda, colore intenso, sapore agrodolce ed un piacevole aroma. È il risultato di anni di affinamento in botti composte da legni pregiati. Il sapore intenso, equilibrato, combinato con un retrogusto aromatico, persistente e pulito lo rende un condimento ideale per ogni piatto. Delizioso con frutti di mare, riso e pasta. Perfetto con carni rosse o bianche e formaggi. Un meraviglioso complemento da usare a gocce sopra la frutta, dolci, dessert e gelati.
