PIEDMONTESE GREEN SAUCE - 2 jars of 130 gr
Traditional Piedmontese sauce made with parsley, garlic and oil, the result of a recipe that has been handed down from generation to generation. Excellent in combination with boiled meats, beef tongue and canapes.
Ingredients: parsley semi-finished product (parsley, sunflower oil, salt) -total parsley 34%, sunflower oil, olive oil, wine vinegar (wine, water), anchovies 4.4% (EU), capers, cashew nuts, water, vegetable fiber, salt, garlic, chili, natural flavouring.
It may contain eggs, milk, celery, soy, other nuts, mustard.
Shelf life: 36 months from the date of production

Tasty arugula sauce, to be used as an alternative to the traditional Genoese pesto to season pasta or to prepare canapes, to accompany meat or fish. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, it is advisable to mix well before use.
Ingredients: arugula semi-finished product (rocket, sunflower oil, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid) - total rocket 30%, water, sunflower oil, cashew nuts, vegetable fiber, wine vinegar ( wine, water), sugar, modified starch, milk powder, salt, emulsifier: soya lecithin, acidifier: lactic acid, natural flavouring.
May contain fish, eggs, celery, nuts, mustard.
