PARMIGIANO REGGIANO AND TRUFFLE CREAM - 2 jars of 150 gr
Cream made with Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese and Tuber Aestivum truffle. Delicious ready-made cream, ideal as a condiment for pasta or rice based first courses. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, it is advisable to mix well before use. Try it also on croutons or to flavor second courses.
Ingredients: water, 30% Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese, 7% olive oil, melting salt: sodium citrate, modified starch, 1% black truffle (Tuber aestivum, truffle juice, salt), thickener: guar seeds, flavoring.
Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium Authorization.
May contain fish, eggs, celery, soy, nuts, mustard.
The natural coagulation of the milk can make the surface of the cream uneven and/or yellowish. Mix well before use.
