CASTELMAGNO PDO CHEESE CREAM - 2 jars of 150 gr
Velvety cream based on Castelmagno D.O.P. Excellent for seasoning pasta or rice based first courses. Ideal with gnocchi, the cream is ready to be poured directly on the pasta just drained. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, it is advisable to mix well before use. For an even creamier consistency, heat the cream over low heat and stir in the pasta cooking water. Also excellent for risotto or to spread on croutons.
Ingredients: water, 33% Castelmagno DOP cheese, cream, melting salt: sodium citrate, modified starch, thickener: guar seed flour.

May contain fish, eggs, celery, soy, nuts, mustard.

CREAM WITH PARMIGIANO REGGIANO - 2 jars of 150 gr
Creamy sauce made with P.D.O. Parmigiano Reggiano. Excellent for seasoning pasta dishes or garnishing meat main courses. Lactose-free. Ideal with fettuccine, the cream is ready to be poured directly onto the freshly drained pasta. To enhance the quality of the ingredients, it is advisable to mix well before use. For an even creamier consistency, heat the cream over low heat and stir in the pasta cooking water. Also excellent for risotto or to spread on croutons.
Ingredients: water, 30% Parmigiano Reggiano PDO cheese, 7% olive oil, melting salt: sodium citrate, modified starch, thickener: guar seed flour.
Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium Authorization.
May contain fish, eggs, celery, soy, nuts, mustard.
The natural coagulation of the milk can make the surface of the cream uneven and/or yellowish. Mix well before use.

Sauce prepared with “Pecorino Romano D.O.P.” and pepper, following an ancient recipe from central Italy. Excellent for seasoning pasta dishes. The cheese and pepper cream is ready to be poured directly on the pasta just drained. It is recommended to mix well before use. For an even creamier consistency, heat the cream over low heat and stir in the pasta cooking water. Try it also on croutons. The cream is lactose-free.
Ingredients: water, 30% Pecorino Romano PDO cheese, olive oil, melting salt: sodium citrate, modified starch, thickener: guar seed flour, 0.1% black pepper.
