Delicious sauce made with eggs, Pecorino Romano D.O.P. cheese and smoked bacon. It is one of the most famous Italian pasta condiments in the world. Exquisite and creamy, it is prepared with 100% Italian eggs. Ideal with spaghetti and any other type of pasta. It is advisable to heat the sauce slightly over low heat before use and pour it over the pasta. It is very concentrated, so it can be diluted with a little cooking water from the pasta. Any white spots on the surface or in the product are due to the bacon, mix well.

of 140 gr Ingredients: water, cheese, bacon 10% (pork, salt, dextrose, flavors, spices, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservatives: potassium nitrate, nitrite sodium), Pecorino Romano PDO, olive oil, egg yolk 4%, sodium citrate, modified starch, black pepper, natural flavouring.
It may contain fish, celery, soy, nuts, mustard.
