Sauce prepared with 100% Italian tomato and mozzarella following the typical recipe of Sorrento. Ideal for seasoning pasta and for preparing lasagna. It is necessary to heat it on a slow fire or in the microwave, after opening the jar and removing the capsule. Also try it on bread or as a sauce for stewed products, also excellent as a base for pizza.

of 190 gr Ingredients: 60% tomato pulp, 12% mozzarella (contains milk), water, olive oil, onion, sunflower oil, sugar, 2% double concentrated tomato, salt, starch, basil 1%, acidifier: lactic acid, vegetable fibre, white pepper, oregano 0.01%, natural flavouring.
May contain fish, eggs, celery, soy, nuts, mustard.
