Montepulciano on Monte Conero, sun of the 43rd parallel, nearby sea that warms and mitigates: a red with rare phenolic power, alcoholic, warm, aged in wood and bottled at Belisario after careful vinification and maturation according to our methods in companies friends.
Grape varieties: Montepulciano 100%
Vinification: maceration for 18 days, maturation for 12 months in large seasoned barrels and barriques.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: it goes well with grilled meat dishes, game, wild boar pappardelle, cured meats and mature cheeses.

Since 1988, a wine-character that is the symbol of our style of being wine. Harvested by hand, cryomacerated, over a year of maturation and months of refinement in the bottle.
Grape varieties: Verdicchio 100%
Vinification: cryomaceration at approx. 0°C. for 4 hours, 95% maturation for 12 months in stainless steel tanks + 5% for 12 months in 225 liter barriques
Alcohol content: 13.5% Vol.
Pairings: Fish and white meats, mature cheeses, hedonistic friends.
SAN LEOPARDO ROSSO RISERVA DOC 2020 - 1 bottle of 0.75 lt
Sangiovese harvested by hand at the maximum maturation curves, maceration for over 20 days at 26°C to have all the phenolic charge possible to live at its best for over a year in 50 hl seasoned wood. So a powerful but elegant wine, ruby but warm, savory and vanilla.
Grape varieties: Sangiovese 60%, Cabernet 15%, Merlot 15%, Ciliegiolo 10%
Vinification: with maceration for 25 days, maturation for 3 months in stainless steel tanks, 13 months in 50 hl seasoned wooden barrels.
Alcohol content: 13% Vol.
Pairings: To drink without pairings or with dishes rich in flavours.

Cantine Belisario, nata nel 1971 oggi e un'azienda agricola di 300 ettari vitati ed una cantina di 30.000Hl di capienza. È il più grande produttore di un vino bianco tipico marchigiano: il Verdicchio di Matelica DOC. Tutti i vigneti sono vicini alla cantina ad una distanza massima di 10 minuti, tutti sono ospitati nell'Alta Valle Esina.
