Lagrein Perl is complex and intense on the nose and is harmonious on the palate. With its deep color, fruity aromas and softness of tannins, this wine goes perfectly with red meat dishes.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Lagrein Production area: 250 m a.s.l., alluvial, sandy and warm soil in the city of Bolzano. Harvest: from late September to mid-October. Wine making: traditional alcoholic fermentation in steel tanks, aging in oak barrels and then in the bottle. Colour: intense ruby red. Bouquet: fruity with hints of black cherry and plum, floral, spicy and mineral with typical cocoa notes. Taste: velvety accompanied by the typical acidity of Lagrein. Pairing: grilled or roasted meat, game and aged cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18° C Alcohol: 13% vol.
