Kellerei Bozen 3 bottles - Pinot Nero DOC 2021

Pinot Noir, or Blauburgunder, has found its second home in South Tyrol for more than a century. The ventilated vineyards selected by the oenologist, produce the typical South Tyrolean Pinot Noir: well structured and elegant.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Pinot Noir Production area: warm and well-ventilated plots between 500 and 700 m above sea level in the Renone Leitach area. Harvest: September. Vinification: The must is fermented in steel, a part matures for a short time in oak barrels. Colour: ruby red. Bouquet: fruity and floral, with notes of cherry, raspberry, plum and violet; slight hint of licorice and spices. Taste: fruity, velvety, with medium structure and tannins. Pairing: with beef, feathered game and semi-mature cheeses. Serving temperature: 16-18° C Alcohol: 13% vol.

Altrettanto convincenti sono i vini rossi S. Maddalena, il Pinot Nero, il Lagrein, il Merlot e il Cabernet, che si contraddistinguono per il loro carattere nobile, la loro complessità e pienezza. L’elevato numero di vitigni e tenute consentono a questa cantina di offrire un vasto assortimento di eccellenti vini di qualità.
