Kellerei Bozen 3 bottles - Pinot Bianco Dellago DOC 2021

Pinot Blanc was introduced in South Tyrol in 1850 by the Archduke John of Austria. It finds its vocation in dry, clayey and calcareous with great changes in temperature between day and night. Pinot Blanc Dellago comes from vineyards carefully selected by the oenologist.

Packaging: 3 bottles of 0.75 lt Variety: Pinot Blanc Production area: selected vineyards in the surroundings of Bolzano in 500 m a.s.l., porphyritic and limestone soils. Harvest: from early to mid-September. Vinification: After pressing the selected grapes, the must is fermented in steel tanks at controlled temperature. A part of the wine ages for a few months in French barriques. Colour: straw yellow with greenish reflections. Bouquet: fruity Golden Delicious apple, pear and white peach accompanied by notes minerals. Taste: elegant and structured with a good minerality. Pairing: excellent as an aperitif, with asparagus, fish, pasta, poultry and flat dishes vegetarians. Serving temperature: 11-13° C Alcohol: 13.5% vol.

Altrettanto convincenti sono i vini rossi S. Maddalena, il Pinot Nero, il Lagrein, il Merlot e il Cabernet, che si contraddistinguono per il loro carattere nobile, la loro complessità e pienezza. L’elevato numero di vitigni e tenute consentono a questa cantina di offrire un vasto assortimento di eccellenti vini di qualità.
